岗位职责：
Individual must possess the ability to develop and execute a creative strategy for new product lines for the framing and mirror décor industry.
The position will lead the quote process developing the right design to meet customer needs, identify the right international sources to manufacture product to specification, quote the product and ensure reliable partners sourced meet customer expectations. In addition, this position will develop the standard frame style offerings and support all new custom quote designs.
Requires communication of concept through sketching, creating theme boards, developing construction details and executing technical drawings, and working with overseas factories to successfully develop and execute the product.
Must possess an ability to understand current frame fashion and consumer buying trends and how to translate that into successful product solutions. Ideal candidates must be able to take direction, yet think, and be motivated to work independently. Candidate must be detail oriented, able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.

Minimum requirement of Bachelor's Degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design or Graphic Design with experience in consumer product industry or equivalent design expertise.Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product Design/Development.Sketching skills required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.Knowledge of Solidworks 3D CAD Design software a plus but not necessary.Foundation in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, bills-of-materials and standard operating instructionsStrong English and Mandarin written and oral communication Excellent interpersonal skills required to be a liaison between engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, vendors, and customers supporting company goals and objectives.
