职位描述：
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1. Logistics billing checking (including warehouse operation costs, distribution)
2. Manage 3PL to ensure warehouse and transportation operation hit the KPI and identify improvement action with 3PL to ensure the KPI is achieved in monthly and yearly base.
3. Collet market benchmark on productivity and costs and support line manager to do on going lean project
4. Collect POD for inbound and outbound to manage the stock accuracy; Work out weekly inventory report to support business team
5. Mange 3PL on inbound & outbound to protect order fulfill and on time rate
6. Manage 3PL on transportation to protect order on time and fulfill rate
7. Cargo shrinkage rate control
8. SOP on going update and seasonal training
9. Work with business team to make the warehouse PnP and distribution plan

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 1-2 years working experience in Logistics function for FMCG, retailer company
3. Professional cross functional communication and influence skills to manage the Logistics operation for TRU China through Third party logistics service provider to achieve the cost and service quality balance
4. Good team spirit
5. Good communication skill on Reading and writing Business English
