职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Development of manufacturing partners Quality and Production sytems and processes. Management of the Electrium China Quality Engineering Team to ensure suppliers are maintaining Quality Target Agreements as defined by UK Quality Team
2. Mainte***ce of existing products including cost effectiveness/reduction according to the agreed/budgetted MCP (cost reduction) plan and required mainta***ce to standards and product safety requirements
3. Local (Asia) management of new product development projects to ensure delivery of projects are on time and within budget
4. Assist in the selection of new suppliers together with Strategic Procurement, Quality & R&D
5. I***olvement in annual supplier audit programme
6. Management of Electrium tools with suppliers, mantaining updated database and ensuring manitainence programmes are ahdhered to
7. Local (Asia) supply chain management of to ensure on time delivery of order book together with early notification of and capacity issues
8. Management of the China Operations budget including headcount and future planning
9. PMP (Performance Management Process) for China Operations staff, identify training needs and succession planning
