职位描述：
1. Arrange the offer and new joiner P-file sign-up in North Region;
2. Act as regional new joiner ambassador for North China. Align with country “Right Start” program to oversee new hire on boarding process and ensure the relevant DOIs and document packs are timely updated;
3. Performing on-boarding procedure: going through on-boarding process with new joiners, collecting mandatory documents of new onboard staff and well handing over with Service Delivery Team;
4. Build up and maintain staff P-files for North Region Branches;
5. Trigger new hire on boarding system upon staff PWID creation;
6. Arranging the signature, renewal, distribution and filing of employer’s employment contract;
7. Liaising with local onboard ambassador to ensure onboarding system run smoothly;
8. In charge of GSSP project: print out, passing GSSP reports, also be responsible to collecting completed reports back and putting into corresponding P-files. Regularly conducting tracking and reviewing.
9. Other tasks assigned by SCB and direct supervisor.
? Ability to deal with conflict, and remain positive when under pressure;
? Customer-focused approach;
? Track record of working in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritising, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines (both short and medium term);
? Knowledge of / exposure to relevant employment legislation (e.g. data protection);
? Desirable Knowledge of HR databases (e.g. PeopleSoft)
? Proven experience in working in a complex matrix, with a broad base of cultures, dealing with demanding and fast-paced client groups.
