Training operation service:

? Training Information Maintenance in LMS/Mobile Learning Platform

？ Set up and maintenance training course.

？ Training session set up/change/cancel.

？ Manually adjust session booking for trainee after the session was firmly booked.

？ Training attendance status follow up of each session.

? Pre-training Preparation

？ Confirm each training session time with vendor.

？ Training venue reservation.

？ Pre-survey preparation and send out to each trainee.

？ Training tools & document preparation.

？ Send out training invitation for special courses.

? On-site Support & Post Training

？ On-site support according to training needs.

？ Upload the registration & evaluation result to database.

？ Non-nomination record upload to system. (Participants, registration & evaluation).

？ Send the follow-up materials to participants upon

? Training Agreement

？ Prepare and sign training agreement with participant

？ Achieve and record training agreements

？ Calculate training compensation for termination case and facilitate the compensation process.

? Special training support like Legal Compliance & IT security topics

？ Notice & reminder sending and status tracking

？ Report preparation.

? Support budget, payment and contract management process

？ Budget consolidation

？ Proceed hotel payment application

？ Support team members to handover payment and contract documents between Beijing and Shenyang
