Title: Planning & Purchasing Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

1, Coach and lead the team to achieve good performance in planning and purchasing
2, Manage and inspect the KPI improvement
3, Coordinate with sales Dpt, for clear demand rolling forecast to stabilize master plan
4, Support project planner to coordinate with other Dpt,. for problem solving and short delivery
5, Guide underling to manage material plan and inventory well
6, Control the PO release to ensure lower inventory and less material shortage
7, Monitor the production plans to ensure better on-time-delivery and shorter throughput time
8, Monitor supplier on-time-delivery and feedback to relevant Dpt,.for improvement
9, Sponsor and implement necessary projects for continuous improvement
10, Optimize planning and purchasing system, and establish fast material supply process.

Job Requirement:

1, Bachelor degree or above
2, 5+ years related experience
3, Good command of computer skills in excel and presentation
4, Good interpersonal and communication skills
5, Proactive and willing to take responsibilities.
6, Good team player
7, Familiar with SAP system and other office software
8, Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
