Infrastructure Project Specialist
Reporting to:
Head of Infrastructure operation APAC
Job Basic Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Information or Computer Technology Requirement
-Project management methodologies and planning and Organizing
-Experience in Microsoft products, Security technology and VMware Enterprise
-Experience in Infrastructure design (Cabling, Telecom)
-Experience of TCP/IP and WAN/LAN environment
-Min. 2-3 years infrastructure project working experience
-PMP is preferred
-Good communication skills; Oral and written English communication skills
-Can-do attitude, Results-oriented and analytical team player with good interpersonal
-Good ability to work individually, within a team, and with other groups
-Careful, Responsible, Quick learning, Initiative and Good work quality
Key Job Responsibilities:
-To ensure that project objectives and milestones are met, within budget and according to the agreed quality standards.
-Create project documentation (e.g. project plan, statement of work) and get approval for execution of the project
-Responsible for project progress, ensure project deliverables and milestones are met.
-Report project progress according to the project plan, communication to all parties involved
-Monitor the project risks and set up appropriate procedures and report to project manager
-Collect the customer’s expectations
-To assist in the implementation of hardware, software and applications agreed within a project.
-Working with different suppliers
