4. Enhance the level of customer relationship(especially establish a good cooperative relationship with C-level)

Major Job Descriptions of O&G Segment
1 1. Focus on key segments, understand development of customer needs, and establish segment development strategy.
2、Know about segment trends, make segment development program in advance.
3、Establish and maintain a good business relationship with middle and senior level of segment customers.
4、Assist technical team making solutions which meet customer demand.
5、Dig up all projects information in your responsible segment, make sure timeliness and accuracy for all projects information.
6、Perfect and standardize the business flow for all segments customers ( such as credit evaluation in advance, service criterion of key accounts, standardize the quotation and tender documents etc.).
7、Know about the customer's organization and purchasing patterns fully and accurately, establish information database of segment customers.
8、Predominate the major competitor’s trends in the same segment, establish targeted competitive strategy, including technical, business, price, service, etc.
9、Fully deploy company resources, establish the key account team, raise success rate for key projects.
10、 Instruct and help the area sales team to increase sales and percentage.
11、 Assist segment business development director completing the selection of relevant segment and collected purchasing work.
12、 Assist channel team standardizing and improving cooperative partner relationship.
13、 Assist marcom making material market development program and implementation.
14、 Assist service team perfecting customer service standards and processes, improve customer satisfaction.
