职位主要工作职责：
1. 执行公司市场部的策略，不断的创造需求，完成及超越完成公司的销售指标；
2. 有效对区域内的KOL客户拜访及管理，了解目标客户的深层次需求，配合区域市场部根据KOL需求设计合作项目，并跟进执行评估；
3. 协助区域市场部组织区域专家活动；推广观念和监测习惯；
4. 协助区域内KA医院的招标和医院信息系统方面协助；
5. 定期对KA医院，院长，设备科，信息科，护理部的拜访和谈合作项目；
6. 协助区域完成区域招标及物价等部分政府事务大事件；
7. 完成自己区域的目标，及时准确的反馈市场信息，竞品信息，代理商信息，及时更新数据信息
职位要求：
1 医学专业本科以上学历，有当过内科医生最好，有着较丰富的内分泌领域专业背景经历。
2 最好有自己发表过医学文章，或自己设计，或协助设计学术研究项目的经历。
3 5年以上外企工作经历，最好有过管理大客户，或做个区域市场部的经历。
4 有很强的沟通表达能力，和全面协调能力。
5 对于主要的KOL管理有丰富的经验，最好有过和院长，护理部，医务处沟通协调的经历。
