Main Accountabilities:
1.Basic computing environment support
2.First level application support
3.Cooperate with key user to provide production line computers support
4.Act as contact point between internal employees and IS and play coordinator role between business requirement and IS service
5.Provide basic IT knowledge training to internal employees
6.IT asset management
7.Give assistance to other IS functions (Infrastructure, application, etc.) to solve internal employees’ issues.
8.Some facility devices management (printer, scanner, fax, telephone, etc.)
9.Participate in project(IS & business)
10.Provide assistant to make IS budget according to business requirement
11.VIP support
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
1.Associate degree above in computer science or related majors
2.At least 2 years of working experience in IT support
3.Master Microsoft Windows OS and administrative tools
4.Familiar with Lotus notes client
5.Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
6.Excellent communications skills, service attitude and team player
7.Demonstrated customer focus
8.Good self learning ability
9.Basic English written and verbal communication skills
