职位描述：

? This role is responsible to ensure that the requirements of the business are understood, the strategy and plans for IT are clearly communicated and the overall IT plan and priorities within his/her areas of responsibility are clearly articulated and agreed.

? Responsibility for the delivery of a reliable application service and will help drive simplification and reduction of the technology landscape

? Must ensure the review and proactive identification of improvements of all existing IT Services with his/her area of responsibility.

? Must at all times ensure alignment to IT Compliance and governance framework, and provide appropriate input to and management of IT Costs

? Closely interact with Front/Back office team ensure that all analyses executed meet the business needs and delivers to an appropriate timeline and effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

? Identify opportunities for new technology capabilities and implementation of technology-specific development processes and standards.

? Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed - its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall business solution (including architecture, risks, etc)

? Manage critical path, dependencies, contingency, scope/change requests, and overall budget performance, Pro-actively eliminate road blocks, in the critical path to help ensure successful delivery of the solution

? Manage project execution of multi-tracked business transformation project, Ensure that large systems solutions are properly transitioned from deployment to sustainment teams. And manage definition of resources, responsibilities and timelines

? Plan and manage business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.

? Plan activities for conceptual designs and models and feasibility assessments. Lead the design, development, testing, installation and maintenance of new and ongoing small systems solutions.

? Timely update project status to the Project team and assorted Stakeholders

? Manage the continuous enhancement and support of existing solutions

? Build key relationships and manage stakeholder and customer expectations

? Ensure completion of work in accordance with established budget, work plans and quality standards

? Bachelor Degree required in MS. Computer Science, Information Technology

? 5+ years of business analyst and system design experience

? Must experience managing a minimum of 2 front office related projects

? Versatile and highly motivated individual able to grasp complex solution architecture and technology

? Strong understanding of the following business functions: Financials; Supply Chain and Sales Management

? Advanced understanding of business application architectures

? Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills

? Proven ability to work proactively, drive complex issues to resolution, and manage customer expectations

? Ability to prioritize among a large number of requirements and effectively delegate

? Be enthusiastic about our industry and willing to continuously learn and improve
