职位描述

Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent 该职位主要职责

1. Work closely with HQ Sales Development Group to transfer the company non-MT channel strategies to excellent front line execution in own region. It contains Distributor, Wholesaler, Traditional Trade and BCD city expansion etc.

2. Identify the new business opportunities in above areas, initiate and launch proper and economic action plan to achieve volume and share growth in own region. Gain the best practice and share it to other regions.

3. Traditional Trade: strengthen own region Wrigley’s Traditional Trade core competence through implement HQ relevant possible projects such as sales tools optimization, effective mapping and routing. Initiate and pilot any possible tools and model to maximize the current coverage efficiency and productivity.

4. Distributor management: Help to establish a profession regional distributor management team and optimize the working tools & process to drive persistent distributor’s business growth.

5. Wholesale Channel: Provide support and coaching to front line dedicated wholesale associates to achieve regional target of distribution, in-store display and volume in both upstream and downstream wholesalers. Regularly check the sales tools implementation and in-store display quality.

6. BCD cities expansion: Achieve excellent execution in national BCD cities expansion program. Provide all necessary support to selected target cities to meet the target in terms of volume increase, distribution and in-store presence. Collect and analyze the hard date and update regional manager and HQ with the latest progress.

7. Replenishment model Win successful experience to make the new replenishment model in both suburban and urban, such as the Urban Distribution Center, the Deep Distribution Partner in rural areas, to be more effective and economical.

8. Special Channel Development: Implement the HQ special channel development plan and help region to achieve the agreed year target in terms of new account development, distribution and volume.

9. Provide sufficient training, coaching and other supports to the frontline associates to enhance their capabilities in wholesale channel and distributor management.

10. Take on ad hoc projects as and when required


Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求

1. Winning and resilient attitude;

2. Min. 6 years experience in FMCG industry;

3. Solid experience in field sales execution, Traditional trade working experience is preferred;

4. Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen.

5. Disciplined manager with strategy and priority development capabilities;

6. Effective communicator ( good English and good mandarin- written and spoken) ;

7. Strong human relations and strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans;

8. Good logical thinking in process setting and following-up;

9. University education;
