Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent 该职位主要职责
2. Regularly check and monitor in-store performance (distribution, display, visit standards etc.) in all channels based on market evaluation process.
3. Provide report, analysis and insights to help sales to strengthen team competence.
4. Keep positive communicatation with field sales and regional functional team to facilitate evaluation daily operation under justified guideline.
5. Help to develop an effective evaluation team of high quality with strict discipline, fair and justice spirit.
6. Facilitate sales incentive measurement in region level.
7. Handle other checking projects in field level.
Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求
1. University education or above;
2. 3-5 years FMCG sales-related / sales executive / team management / field checking experience and willing to communicate with sales team.
3. A execution insister to pursue the execution of strategy for excellence and has spirit of hardworking;
4. Logical thinking, has values of open, fair and justice with strictly discipline;
5. Enjoy traveling and working in the field.
