Job Type: Pre-sales / Business Development
Reports to: BD & Solutions Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To boost software solution biz growth, and enhance cooperation with BUs in new offer promotion and new opportunities

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Promote software biz and solutions to internal SE and external customers.
· Standardize and consolidate document and pre-sales tools of existing solution, meanwhile align deliverables with requirements of document quality such as TVDA if needed.
· Identify gaps between existing solutions and customers’ needs, analysis gaps and map needs to new functions or solutions development lists if needed.
· Connect SW solution teams to new opportunities by coordinating SW resource and outside request in pre-sales stage.
· Research complementary products and lead to build prototype integration scenarios.
· Follow SE QMS and solution methodology.

SPECIFIC ISSUES
· Working in a matrix organization
· Travel frequently

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Communications
· Provide input to marketing communications including roadmap, whitepapers etc
· Develop material for speaking events when required
· Provide training for Sales and Pre-Sales on the segment solutions when required
· Provide project guide to project execution team if required

EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Pre-Sales
· Provide pre-sales support to the Senior Sales Executives for strategic accounts
· Provide pre-sales support to Sales/BDMs when they are engaged in sales activity
· Provide pre-sales support to SE IAMs for strategic accounts

· Bachelor or above degree.

Experiences required :
· 5+ years experience (3+ years for Master) in software solution biz such as Energy Management System, MES, and etc.
· Solid technical background, and understanding for solutions biz.
· Track record in software solution architecture or offer creation.
· Technical and commercial support in solution selling such as prescription, proposal, and presentation.
· Offer Marketing experience is plus.

Languages:
Excellent English skill, both in oral and written
