Description:
The QA specialist will primarily provide quality oversight by means of e.g. review GMP documentations, perform internal audit, flow QA and etc. on GMP manufacturing activities of Bulk Drug Substances to ensure all activities are in compliance with cGMP regulations as well as work in a cross-functional matrix along with all relevant local functions and counterparts on BI global side to continuously improve the local Quality system as LMSO (Local Management System Owner)
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Oversight all Bulk Drug Substance GMP manufacturing activities (focus on downstream bio manufacturing) to ensure compliance with cGMP regulation, play the role as QA on the floor to closely achieve this goal.
? Contribute to batch release activities, performed timely review of the executed manufacturing batch records to achieve agreed upon batch disposition timeline and quality.
? Continuously improve local Quality management system as LMSO and support creations and revising Biopharma Divisional procedure.
? Actively contribute to QA projects and random tasks.
? Coordinate and escort internal, corporate, client and authority audits. Follow up on the CAPA plans.
? Become key users (or end users) for QA managed electronic system; ensure all improvement projects achieve expected deliverables and ensure daily QA business smoothly run.
Requirements:
? Downstream bio manufacturing experience
? GMP knowledge
Eligibility Requirements:
? Knowledge and Experiences on Monoclonal antibody manufacturing process and product.
? Experience work in the GMP environment
? Good communication skill
? Positive attitude and problem solving capabilitie, ability to efficiently manage multi-tasks
