Overall job purpose/工作目标概括：
Responsible for the purchasing of indirect materials for the category of Marketing& Sales and Professional Services and Not Sourcing Relevant.
Responsibilities/工作职责：
? Follow sourcing strategy and handle all PRs at a certain value in responsible categories, such as Marketing&Sales, Professional Services and Not Sourcing Relevant etc.
? Follow-up PO create, release and ensure PO issue to vendor timely.
? Filing sealed PO and all supporting documents in share folder and system, ensure all relevant information can be trackable and auditable.
? Inform requisitioner to do goods receipt in system appropriately, close PO in system timely.
? Submit supporting documents in time for payment process.
? Implement framwork PO and continuously increase category and subsidiaries coverage.
? As Key contact person in HK Pharma, responsible for PO creation and communication between end user and Sourcing.
? Lead P2P Process and Procurement SOP training in certain legal entities.
? Ensure successful audit, there shoudl be no A finding in area of responsibility.
? Raise the system problems, propose and support all systems develop and optimization, support team to take system UAT.
? Provide regular training of systems for the end users.
? Proactively collect the requirement from endusers and sourcing, support P2P tool roll out in China smoothly.
? Support other SAP project go-live on time and new system functionalities implementation if required.
Skills, Performances & Competences required by the position:

? Bachelor Degree学士学位
? Two years experiences, Procurement experiences is preferred. ２年以上工作经验，采购部门工作经历优先
? Experience of ERP system is preferred 拥有SAP系统经验优先
? Good English communication skills. 良好的英语沟通能力
