职位描述
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Office administration and other organizational support to VP SCM China – arrange meetings, travels, events, visitor arrangements etc.
2.Organize and provide problem solutions to admin. related issues of the department
3.Write meetings minutes for internal meetings and follow up actions with team members
4.Documentation and filing
5.Organise and plan department events (teambuildings, outings etc) as well as SCM China events incl. quarterly commodity review meetings, monthly boardmember meetings
6.Collect, consolidate and follow up SCM informations, reports and actions with ABB China companies and Sites
7.Responsible for SCM website design, reports, content edit and report to provide valuable informations to ABB SCM network in China
8.Collect and Review department monthly reports to consolidate and summarize overall report. Prepare agenda and content for monthly and quarterly SCM boardmeetings and prepare presentations
9.Report SCM success stories across China in cooperation with team members
10.Organisation of department new employee orientation and support on boarding and exit procedures
11.Organise country SCM trainings and regional knowledge assessments, country functional assessment and support to lead and implement other SCM excellence initiatives in ABB China
12.Purchasing department required consumerables and office fix assets and manage related fix assets bookings
13.Support other tasks if required

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.Master degree in field of in Business Administration & English Languages preferred
2.Min. 2-3 years experience in MNC in similar function preferred
3.Excellent command of written and oral English
4.SAP purchasing user knowledge is a plus
5.Good PPT skills a plus
6.Microsoft Office Package
