职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Payment request application on rental, management fees and others
? Communication channel with local tax government
? Branch office follow-up related with local Tax management
? Update extension list monthly (ex. Managing office supplies)
? Place order for office equipment and keep checking in good operations & vender service
? Routine facility request input
? Co-ordinate and organize EHS event with building
? Employee exit/on-board process supporting with HR & Finance
? Canteen management (Drink / Coffee / Detergent / Water supply
? Office Reception works
? Team activity arrangement
? Offer invitation letters
? Gathering employees' needs
? Documents managements (NDA update & managing / Company documents etc.)
? Etc. related to other office administrative works.

Requirements:
? 3+ year Administrative works experience
? Strong office & administrative management experience
? Strong propensity for excelling in a demanding environment
? Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrate flexibility of thought or process to reflect global diversity & difference, embrace different personality, working style and culture.
? Prefer rich team management experience, be able to communicate and work with diversified personalities and cultures;
? Rich experience with principles and procedures related to in-direct sourcing.
? Strong PC, Microsoft access, Data warehouse experience.
? Bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required.
