职位描述：
As a Systems Analysts, you are a primary resolver for the Amazon Lab126 Engineering team, you understand the electronic product manufacture processes, MES, SFC, PLM system, understand the business logic and data flows. Communicate and coordinate between Amazon and contracted manufacturer (CM) onsite to troubleshoot, analyze issues, symptoms, identify the root cause and find the solution. You know how to innovate and make decisions on your own, but also know how to take direction when it is given, paying attention to all details involved. Work independently, within a global cross-functional team environment.

? Basic Qualifications
- Implement production line data collection and verification of processes
- Assist in coordination and configuration of system
- Monitor and facilitate data flow from the CM to Amazon
- Work with teams onsite for troubleshooting issues
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Build and maintain positive relationship with internal project team and CMs
- Responsible for working with cross-functional teams to understand issues and implement the solutions

Technical Requirement:
- IT Hardware Concepts: RAID, SAN, Server, Network Gears, Firewall
- Linux/Windows Server Administration: Scripting for automation, build the service, system monitoring and optimization, user permission management
- Networking: Knowledge about network protocols, Copper/Fiber Optic, Testing and Cabling Standards, Wireless controller, AP configuration and troubleshooting
- Understand of Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, write SQL queries

Preferred background work experience in digital product manufacture industry
