职位描述：
Department Responsibilities:
ASP Application Support Engineer ll for the CCS Applications in client facing Production and CQA environments. The Engineer will be responsible as a fourth tier escalation point in supporting the CCS Applications and Platform as well as provisioning and support of Applications (New or Changed) into the CQA and Production Environments.
Roles & responsibilities:
The primary responsibility will be to provide strong technical operations support of the CCS applications and platform. Support will focus on diagnosis of problems and assessment of both internal and external (customer) impact. Additional emphasis will be placed on oversight of the Applications' coordinated movement through each environment and into production.
Normal business hours with a requirement to occasionally work outside of business hours. Until phased out within Application Support, on-call requirements may be assigned

Experience and Qualifications:
* Educational attainment equivalent to BA/BS in computer science or other technical field
* Demonstrated knowledge of application support in a Linux /JAVA environment
* Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and techniques
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* High degree of Analytical Thinking
* Excellent English Skill and crossing time zone, this individual need work with UK, Australia, India team
* 2 years Technical Operation Support Experience
