职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. As focal point, deliver central SO processes to regional (GCPO) and Specialty/New Products sales operations.
2. Alignment and harmonization across BUSO/CSO/Sales team implementation of policy and procedure
3. Ensure high quality SO operation process implementation: including target setting, territory management, focus/target hospital selection , listing, link pharmacy, Gold Arrow, Forecasting, KA support etc.
4. Identify and drive operational and process improvements to deliver more efficient and/or effective field force and SO performance
5. Lead SOE projects including project management and implementation
6. Lead organization chart management, including manage overall head-count, organizational structure, promotional grid assignment and geo-graphic assignment. Manage approval and change process
7. Build and maintain FF communication structure and field engagement process
8. SO policy and SOP management.

Quallifications:
? Minimum 5 years SFE experience including 2 years project management
experience in multinational company
? Mature, independent , result-oriented, willing to learn from others to grow
? Good communication / collaboration skill and leadership
? Creative, dynamic, and proactive individual who has a passion for SFE execution
? Capable of handling multi-tasks under pressure and working in a problem-solving
environment
