岗位职责:
1.协助部门经理制定和修订公司薪酬福利政策、绩效考核方案等管理制度,并具体负责季度、年度考核的组织、统计、分析、应用、归档等工作;
2.负责日常及年度薪酬福利预算工作;
3.与相关人员进行持续有效的沟通,从而了解公司各部门、各岗位的工作内容,以便定期开展各项工作分析,修订岗位说明书,及时更新岗位职能;
4.指导和协助各部门进行绩效考核项目、方式、标准及流程的完善;
5.跟进部门季度、年度绩效考核数据提交,并对提交的考核数据进行汇总统计,提交上级审核;
6.负责核查绩效考核结果,并对异常结果进行纠偏;按绩效考核管理制度要求,按期汇总全员考核情况,并提交上级审核;
7.对绩效反馈的结果进行分类统计和分析,对各部门提出的异议进行收集,并反馈给上级;
8.监督各部门开展绩效面谈工作,使面谈工作确切落实;
9.受理员工绩效考核投诉,协调组织绩效申诉的裁决,提出初步处理意见,报部门经理和公司领导批准后执行;
10.依据绩效考核结果及绩效检查情况的总结分析,提出绩效改进建议与计划,经上级领导批准后实施;
11.引进和导入先进的考核系统,并落实到实际改善工作当中。
12.每半年度组织一次员工问卷调查,问卷调查覆盖范围不低于50%;
13.配合人力资源部各项目工作的开展,参与部门的相关工作会议,参与部门管理,并提出改善工作的建议与部门相关事项的决策;
14.完成人力资源部经理交办的临时性工作;

任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,专业不限;
2.5年及以上工作经验,3年以上人力资源管理岗位工作经验;
3.良好的沟通协调能力;
4.熟练使用office办公软件,英语水平良好;
5.证书要求:人力资源管理师(二级)或同等人力资源管理水平。
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Department Managers to develop and amend the salaries and benefits policies, performance appraisal program and other management systems, and specifically responsible for quarterly and annual assessment of the organization, statistics, analysis, application, archiving, etc;
2. Responsible for the daily and annual remuneration budget.
3. Responsible for keeping continued and effective communication with stakeholders to understand the work contents of each department and each post of the company, in order to carry out the analysis of various works, the revision of job description and the updating of job functions.
4. Guide and assist all departments in perfecting the performance appraisal programs, methods, standards and processes.
5. Track quarterly and annual performance appraisal, data submission of all departments, and do statistics and assessment of the data submitted, and then submit to the superior to audit.
6. Responsible for verifying the performance evaluation results, correcting abnormal results, summarizing assessment of all staffs and submitting to the superior to audit regularly according to the company’s performance appraisal management system requirements.
7. Classify and analyze the statistics of the feedback performance results. Collect the objections raised by some departments, and submit to the superior.
8. Supervise departments to carry out the interviews of work performance, to ensure the implementation of it.
9.Deal with complaints about performance appraisal, coordinate and organize the ruling of performance appeal and put forward preliminary advice, and then put into practice after passing department managers’ and company leaders’ checking.
10. Make recommendations and plans for improving performance based on the results of performance evaluation and the analysis of performance examination,and put into practice after passing the superior’s checking.
11. Introduce and import advanced assessment system, and put it into the practice of working efficiency improving.
12. Organize a survey to staffs by means of questionnaire every half a year and the coverage is no less than 50%.
13. Work with HR department to carry out each project, participate in the relevant conferences of the department, participate in the management of the department, and put forward recommendations or decision-making to improve the department’s work.
14. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the HRM.

Requirements:
1.University degree and above. No major requirement.
2. At least 5 years’ working experience and 3 years working experience in human resources management.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Skilled use of office software. Good English.
5. Certificate requirement: Human Resources Management Division (at least level two).
