Mission Statement
Ensure effective day-to-day operation excellence covering transport planning and optimization & offer transport solution

Main Accountabilities
1. Plan & optimize transport based on pre-defined routine to meet the service level
2. Offer effective transport solution to ABB LBUs for project cargo/missing lanes
3. Coordinate with LBUs, Forwarder and brokers on customs issue
4. Track and trace shipments to meet the service requirements & monitor shipment request data quality
5. Monitor the carrier/forwarder’s performance
6. TMS superuser & system update & change request management
7. Implement recovery options with notification to Control tower manager, Operations and Plant key contacts upon shipment delay or damage,
8. Investigate delays to find root cause and ensure continuous improvement
9. Manage claim procedure with the forwarders/carriers/brokers
Manage exceptional cases logistics operation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. College degree
2. More than 5 years logistics experience (freight forwarding industry or manufacturing logistics experience preferred), of which 2 years in supervisory level
3. Solid knowledge in import/export logistics operation
4. Strong Analytical skill
5. Good leadership & interpersonal skill
6. Excellent communication
7. Good knowledge of MS office
8. Good command of English
