职位描述：
Title: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Organize important meetings Prepare and organize events such as VIP visit, workshops, conferences Assist managerial project work including but not limited to preparation of documents/ presentation preparation, data input and analysis, data search etc..Execute individual tasks assigned by Project Management Head Manage and prioritize Monthly Travel Plan of Dept. core team, Dept. business calendar, requiring interaction with both Dept. internal and external Dept. counterparts Make domestic and international travel arrangements and provide detailed schedules/ itineraries for all travel for Dept. head Provide service for team in international travel in terms of visa application, flight and hotel reservation etc..Process invoices and expense reports for payment according to company policies (target: correctness and effectiveness) Provide admin services for core team such as, not limited to, PO application, meeting preparation, logistics of internal meetings and promotion events

 

Requirements:
