职位描述：
位职责：
1、负责根据本管理处实际情况，编制年度工作计划、和具体工作目标、并按阶段进行实施；
2、负责制订本管理处管理制度和各工作岗位的具体职责，考核办法、处罚标准，并确保在实际工作中得到贯彻落实；
3、按照确定的本管理处人员编制，负责制订对物业各岗位员工的聘用标准，并按公开、公平、公正的原则进行操作；
4、认真监督本部门工作人员严格地执行公司财务制度，确保按照收、支两条线的原则，对物管所属范围内的进、出帐项目报表，不定期进行检查，确保财务手续清楚、规范；
5、充分利用一切资源（如：房屋，场地、广告位等），通过媒体发布信息，开展招租，拓宽经营渠道，搞好物业经营，力争经济利益最大化；
6、对物业从业人员（含管理人员）的工作状况进行监督、检查和指导，确保为各承租单位、经营业主和服务对象提供满意、周到的服务；
7、定期组织专业技术人员对房屋、设备、设施（含消防设施）进行安全检查，制订维护、保养计划，确保处于良好的使用状态。
任职资格：
1、35-45岁，身体健康，无不良嗜好；
2、人力资源管理、行政管理或物业管理大专以上学历；
3、三年以上同行业工作经验，二年以上正规化大型物业企业项目主任工作经验；
4、具备良好的文案团队意识、创新意识；较强的组织领导协调能力；
5、熟悉物业公司的日常运营管理，具备相应的管理专业基础和能力；
6、良好的个人形象及沟通、协调能力、持原则，责任心强；认同集团企业文化，工作细心，服务意识强；
