职位描述：
1. Distribution Network
? Establish and maintain distribution among modern retail key accounts, including but not limited to Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club, Ole
? Discover, negotiate and motivate distributors to deliver high quality service to the target key accounts
o Secure the listing of the assortment according to company plan
o Secure optimal shelf space, shelf location & secondary placement
o Implement pricing policy of the company with the key accounts
2. Account Planning
? Establish a set of KPIs for distributors to achieve at the target retailer
? Coordinate activities calendars for all key accounts responsible
? Submit regular sales forecasts for the key accounts responsible
3. Trade Marketing
? Train and motivate the distributors promoter team through effective remuneration scheme, training programs and KPI
? Lead the execution of the activity calendar per key accounts
4. Relationship Management
? Be the voice of customer within the company
? Be the key interface between Brita and customers, including distributors and retailers
? Secure a strong relationship with the customers’ customer
5. Achievement of Sales Targets
? Own the company’s assigned target for the responsible retailers
? Be proactive and resourceful in driving the sales progress to secure the achievement of the targets
? Be the driver of result oriented organization culture.

Professional experience:
Must
1. At least 3 years sales experiences with the international hypermarkets with at least part of it from selling consumer durable goods.
2. Familiarity with selling through distributors
4. Independent, drive
5. Strong communication skills both written and oral
6. Strong people skills
preferred
1. Experience with small kitchen appliances from an international brand is preferred
