职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Coordination

Ø To coordinate with Sanofi University and area assistants to make necessary arrangementarrangement for trainees.

Ø To coordinate with trainees, enforce and monitormonitor them complete E-learning before training.

Ø To manage and govern vendors for training as project leader.

Ø To coordinate with trainers to affirm training agenda and make arrangement accordinglyaccordingly.

Support training process

Ø Onsite support for new employee training by monthly.

Ø To overall schedule and organize logistic arrangements of entire training to ensure the successful implementation of training schedule.

Ø To supervise training discipline and responsible for checking on trainees attendance.

Ø To control whole training process and ensure it going smoothly.

Training Summary

Ø To keep systematic training evaluation and score records.

Ø To make report for tracking trainer’s working, analysis training score and present the performance of trainees after training.

Ø To arrange quarterly meeting with trainers to improve the training qualityquality.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education:

 

College degree or above

 

 

Experience & knowledge:

 

1 year work experience will be preferable

 

Core competencies:

 

1. Excellent communication skill

2. Good at planning and coordination

3. Be able to work independently

4. Be able to work with MS office softwares
