Objective of the Job
The purpose of this position is to be the responsible for supporting HWS operation including the flow design, business rule set up, user training and system administration.
Main Tasks (主要工作职责)
- The IT System Expert Job Roles support the realization of IT solutions by providing specialized technical expertise on systems, platforms, databases, networks and security in HWS operation
- As a technology expert, the IT System Expert, work with the customer, driving the technical architecture definition and defining the full technical infrastructural environment of an IT solution
- Responsible for understanding and implementing business rules and requirements of the customer system / application in recurrent Business where the demands and the specification are well defined
- Drive the development team in the implementation phase and provide to the project team architectural standards rule to be followed
- The IT System Expert defines the deployment requirements. Plan, schedule and assist in the release of the system, he/she is responsible for
Competence Requirements (应聘人员要求)
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in computer science or related areas
- 1~2 years or over relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Creative, confidence, initiative, self-motivated and customer oriented
- Flexibility to work outside official working hours
- Working knowledge of ISIT support tools i.e. MS office, M4/M5, SAP etc. ERP system
