Role & Responsibility
1. On-site supplier’s testing lab to ensure the test methodology is correct.
2. Train supplier reliability team on test set up.
3. Perform benchmark test and provide data to project engineer.
4. Perform cross section, dye and pry, and other 1st level failure analysis.
5. Provide reliability test data to database.
6. Handle the logistic of outsourced test.
Basic Qualification
1. College or above required, EE or mechanical education background
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience including one year lab test experience.
3. Good at English write and basic oral English skill.
4. Good at Excel including macro and formulas.
5. Experienced in handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Able to learn new technology with limited guidance
7. Able to adapt changes.
