岗位职责：
1. 新产品项目立项开发：负责新产品的竞争力分析与论证，同行和本公司产品比较，产品新项目规划及前期论证，产品项目研发，推动项目实施，产品方案规划和系列化设计，产品维护与持续改进，产品样本、使用说明书、企业标准、型式试验。
2. 产品销售支持。

任职资格：
1. 本科以上，电力电子、电气工程及自动化等相关专业；
2. 从事五年以上变频器或逆变器的硬件设计工作，掌握开关电源设计原理，有成熟的功率半导体模块、器件的选型经验和驱动贿赂设计经验；
3. 熟悉模数混合电路，熟悉MCU周边器件和电路；
4. 熟悉变频器/逆变器的整个开发历程，有良好的沟通协调能力；
