Main Mission:
- Ensure the delivery of compliant management and statutory accounts on time and in full for our entity
- Provide all accounting information necessary for local regulations (i.e. tax & legal requirements…)
- Ensure booking of AR/AP & GL transactions
- Support Themis Project Roll-out
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Accounting activities performed are compliant with the Group core model and with the local rules (for AR/AP & GL)
- Facilitate to execute the closing options
- Manage and secure the BUs payment and cash collection processes
- Deliver the management and statutory accounts of BU on time
- Ensure that the management accounts of all BUs are fully compliant with the Group rules
- Ensure that the statutory accounts of BU are fully compliant with local rules
- Ensure that the monthly reporting (AR1, AR2 and AR3) and bi-annual consolidation packages are reviewed and validated before submission
- Perform integrity checks of the accounting system, and follow up resolution of issues
- Support the BUs in the forecasting process: cash, taxes, etc.
- Ensure effective internal control system in the accounting and closing process in place
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business
- At least 4 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-nationals companies
- Good command of speaking and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
