POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

Have the good relation with CSO department to improve the effective work of all drivers, and cooperate with other five factories to do the work which the supervisor and manager requested.

"The job holder is the Coordinator in the Company and reports directly to the Distribution Supervisor. In addition to the primary accountability for production, the jobholder's responsibilities also cover development, safety and industrial relations.

The Company's terminal is situated at shanghai baoshan area.

Reporting to the job holder are
All 22 drivers in shanghai-who is responsible for the delivery of the goods to customer, following the dispatch's plan, and ensure that safety, healthy.

The major challenge of the job is to keep a closed relation with drivers, factories, other departments, and so on, and to ensure reliability of production which is necessary to enable the company to retain its present customers and acquire new business.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


1. Collect, tidy up and check date from driver's work, then scan and email to CSO department
2. Collect the KPI data from the Eastern China per day
3. Check the driver's work time, and remind the dispatch in time
4. Finished the report of the EC liquid level and loading summary
5. Collect and trip up the trip report, trailer examined report, drivers' work time sheet, and so on
6. Follow the change of dispatch's plan to do some proper change
7. Check the production month report of five factories in Eastern China, and the diesel oil used by trailer and the total KPI date per month
8. Finish the EC KPI Summary Monthly Report per day
9. To cooperate with the supervisor to count all eastern china 's drivers and escorts' bonus
10. To cooperate with the supervisor and manager to finish the train and operation work of the Lbshell and the PDT in shanghai.
11. Finished the other work which the manager and supervisor requested
