"职责描述
Job Description"
（1）负责工业及民用项目的土木建筑施工现场规划，设计联络和施工管理；To be responsible for civil construction of the industrial and commercial facility project site planning, design coordination and construction management
（2）负责起草制定土建施工的标准规范和施工管理方案；To be Responsible for civil & structural construction codes & standards development, technology selection and constructability evaluation
（3）负责钢结构厂房的安装方案审查和现场管理；To be responsible for structural steel installation plan review and site installation management
（4）负责土建类项目进度计划和进度管理；To be responsible for Project Planning & Schedule management of civil construction
（5）负责管理和机电安装对接的现场协调；To be responsible for interface management with MEP installation team.
（6）负责工业与民用项目的土方工程、桩基施工、混凝土施工、钢结构安装、围护结构施工、装修、现场道路地坪施工等内容；To be responisble for site management of soil works, piling, concrete construction, structural steel installation, roof panel and cladding installation, interior finishes, roads and paving.

"职业技能要求
Required Professional Skills & Experiences "
"(1) 至少十年以上现场土木结构施工管理经验
Minimum 10 years experience of civil & structural construction.
(2) 拥有注册工程师证书、监理工程师证书
Owns professional civil & structural engineer certificate or quality supervision engineer certificate
(3) 能够适应出差，具备工程现场管理的领导力和执行力
Be flexible for business traveling, has great leadership and capability to manage the construction execution.
(4)积极参与公司的投标，能够熟练用英文阅读图纸及各种资料
Proactively participate the tendering events, be able to read the drawings and documents in English.
(5) 拥有良好的沟通能力，维护好工程中的各种沟通渠道
Good communication skills and maintain the communication channels with all parties.
(6) 能够协助项目经理完成项目概预算的审查和文档资料的编辑整理
Be able to assist project manager to review field order, cost estimate and consolidate the construction document package.
