岗位职责:
1. Develop sales of the company’s products and services in China in line with sales budget;
根据预算开发公司在中国的销售业务;
2. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, customer visits and technical support;
通过有效规划、客户拜访与技术支持实现销售业绩的增长;
3. Communicate and work well with all levels of the organization, be a team member, support sales organization, communicate with customers and distributors;
与不同部门沟通交流,与客户经销商保持良好关系,支持销售部门的工作
4. Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price, discounts and volume in consultation with company;
在公司的监督下,完成销售活动价格谈判等事宜;
5. Contribute to written forecasts for annual, quarterly and monthly Revenues Report;
撰写年度、季度与月度的展望与报告
6. Understand and communicate market trends and changes;
了解市场动向
7. Control time and costs in order to be effective, assure and control customer payments, deal with complains;
控制时间与成本,处理客户投诉
8. Write customer visits report and discuss problems with sales team;
撰写客户来访报告并与销售团队讨论存在的问题;
9. communicate with Italy for technical issue and communicate with the GM for sales issue
向总部汇报技术相关事宜,向总经理汇报销售相关事宜;
10. Keep company know-how confidential.

任职要求:
-Preferred in Business or Management engineering
优先考虑商务或者管理工程专业
-Required background in ink sector or machinery sector With more than 3 years experience in the field
3年以上的油墨或机械销售相关经验
-Technical knowledge about ink and chemical products, knowledge of website management and event organization as seminar, exhibitions
了解油墨或化学产品相关工艺;
-Native Chinese,Fluent English both spoken and written will be preferred
优先考虑英文能力好的人;
-Microsoft Software like Word, Excel, PPT, etc
-Smart, responsible, organized, proactive in attitude
-Willing to to travel, with a personal consolidated clients’portfolio
