Job Duties:
- HR support on recruitment / on-board /exit / training / system updating / filing…
- Travel arrangement (Overseas air ticket/Hotel booking/cross-border...);
- Company cars management/records entry/feedback collection;
- Visa application/updating for foreigners;
- Company event/activities organization;
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 1-2 years experience in HR/Admin related fields;
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, be able to perform under pressure and multi-task environment;
- Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature, out-going personality;
- Good coordination skill and teamwork spirit;
- Excellent in English skills and good PC literature.
