行政经理(客服经理)

任职资格：
五年以上工作经验，具有丰富的客户服务经验，品貌端正，形象气质佳。
熟悉掌握接待礼仪、掌握客户服务知识，懂得团队管理；
具有很强的沟通协调能力、组织管理能力、激励能力、分析判断能力、培训能力；
良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动，良好的语言表达能力；
有高端物业管理和酒店工作经验者优先。

职位描述：
负责前台、邮件收发、会务等行政管理工作；
主导开展客服工作，分析解决客服工作中遇到的问题，制定服务工作重点；
督导和评估属下客服人员的服务质量和品质，根据需求进行必要的培训，完善客户服务理念；
接收客户咨询、投诉的电话和邮件，并及时处理反馈，解决客户的合理要求，并转达相关信息至其他部门和人员。
