Innovation management

Transform customer requirements into technical specifications

Lead PLE / control APD process

Define go to market strategy for Chinese market

Leverage product line into other product groups of Leica Microsystems

Market research & go to market

Conduct market research (VOC) in target market segments

Monitor and analyse market, applications trends and competitor activity

Develop go to market strategies together with sales partners

Product life cycle management

Manage the future product range in terms of product positioning, packaging, pricing, communications and promotions for Chinese market

Implement marketing literature

Implement tools for sales support

Support field sales activities with trainings and at exhibitions

Manage phasing in and phasing out of products

Initiate product change requests to address customer needs

Ensures that profitability and growth targets of product line are met

岗位要求

Education background: Master degree in Cell Biology, Development Biology, Pharmacology or similar

MBA not required but an asset

Experience: More than 5 years work experience in marketing and / or sales of scientific instruments or lab equipment to Chinese customers in Clinical and / or Life Science Research market segments.

Strong skills in conducting market research (VOC)

Experience in successfully launching high tech equipment into Chinese market

Profound knowledge of the Chinese clinical and life science market

Ability to identify and define business opportunities

Computer skills: Microsoft Office and optional ERP / CRM software

Work in international team and willingness to travel is a must

Team worker with Can-do attitude

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin
