Purpose of the position
- Accountable for the PGP scheduling centre management. Ensure LINDE China is providing a good transportation service to our customers under a safe and cost effective way.
Principal responsibilities
- PGP Scheduling System (PARAGON) performance management set scheduling KPIs, review performance and leading the improvement.
- Scheduling system development. Ensure scheduling system is fully utilized and developed to cope with business requirement.
- PGP SAP related ordering process ownership. Accountable on PARAGON related site compliance.
- Supply crisis management. Coordinate with Sale/Product Manager/Operations/PvD to ensure customer supply during plant shut down / inventory shortage period.
- Daily liquid planning management. Interface with major supply plant on the daily liquid supply activities.
- PARAGON/SAP interface responsibilities. Be in charge of the SAP related interface in PARAGON setting/inter-company scenario are fulfilled.
- As a member of Linde Group scheduling peer team, work together on the relevant system development.
- People management. Conduct performance management for the team members, making the training plan, setting the goals and plans. Conduct the salary review.
- Organizational leadership for PGP Scheduling Centralization in RGC. Change/optimize the scheduling centre's organization to support the business growth.
- Data Management. Monthly scheduling KPIs preparation and analysis. Month end data preparation to FI/CSC/Sales as per agreed format.
- Customer service. Be accountable for the PGP related scheduling customer service performance( Stock run out, high risk delivery)

Required qualifications/experience
- Degree in logistics or related areas is preferred.
- Typically 3+ years experience in commercial / customer service, or related functions
- Experience of transportation planning, dispatching & trip optimization.
