职位描述：
1. 根据客户公司以及招聘职位信息，进行市场调查，参与制定目标候选人的寻访方案；
To make a marketing research according to the clients and job information and participating in target candidates search scheme
2. 在招聘顾问的指导下，通过各种渠道快速寻访目标人选，并进行相关资料的收集、分类、整理；
Under the guidance of recruiting consultant, to fast search target candidates, and related data collection, classification, sorting through various channels
3. 对相关简历进行初步判断、筛选及评估
To make preliminary judgment, select and evaluate relevant resumes
4. 参与撰写报告
To participating candidates’ report
5. 其他上级安排的工作，比如行政工作
Other tasks arranged by supervisor, such as admin tasks


一周三天（9.30am-6.30pm from Mon. to Fri.）

Some related intern experience will be a plus
CET6
Daily conversation and good in written English
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
