职位描述
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Establish the IP before/middle/after-sales service system for China project market;
2. Assisting RO/Dealer to take care of IP sale service in China; providing RO/Dealer with technical support.
3. Provide RO/Dealer with service and technical training.
4. Key project technical support about product installation, troubleshooting.
5. Keeping in close meet with national K/A manager, seeking effective service support and feeding back quality information.
6. Managing and support interior design company, assisting the design company to consummate the proposal, providing the qualified services, moreover, establishing the long-term cooperative relationship with them; ;
7.Collaborate with TSC;
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
n College degree
n Good English skills both oral and written
Skills:
n Technical Service experience >2 years
n Familiar with sanitary or other relative product
n Willingness to travel.
n Good communication skills
n Team spirit
n Comprehending the interior design industry very well
