Job Juties
1: Primarily responsible for assisting the Asia Pacific Manufacturing Controller in managing compliance and adherence to Eaton’s standard financial policies.
2: Provide regional accounting teams a clear understanding of the business processes and compliance requirements associated with Eaton’s financial policies.
3: Acts as a key leader driving the business strategy and working very closely with regional and country teams.
4: Drives continuous improvement in financial processes across the region. Makes recommendations to improve systems and financial procedures and implements those processes.
5: Support the Manufacturing Controller in reviewing any gaps identified during balance sheet reviews, SOX audits and internal audits. Validates gap closure actions and assesses the financial impact of the gaps and related closure actions
6: Works with the global team to ensure compliance and continuous process improvement. Supports the Manufacturing Controller to ensure alignment across the region
7: Leads best practice sharing activities on key financial processes
Supports financial/business analysis for projects including restructuring, M&A.
8: Coordinates with country and plant controllers for SOX requirements and quarterly balance sheet reviews
9: Support global product line financial task .


Requirments
1: Degree in accounting/finance
2: Fluent in English.
3: 7+ years of directly related accounting/finance experience. Public accountant experience in big 4 will be preferred
4: Requires thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP reporting
5: Excellent knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
6: Experience in handling an ERP system in a manufacturing environment
7: Basic computer skills for Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
8: Technically proficient in accounting and business processes
9: Experience working and managing in high-performance, quality-oriented, team-based workplaces.
10 : Experience traveling, and willingness to travel for training and other business purposes. 举报 分享
