1. 负责光伏电站工程建设项目进度推进、质量合规、施工安全、成本可控等工作
2. 负责户用电站系统技术参数选型工作；组织户用电站系统BOM清单等生产文件的编写；
3. 积极跟进光伏电站技术的发展，开发公司电站设计的流程和技术标准
4. 负责编写户用电站系统的工程建设、生产运作技术标准化；
6. 负责对现场技术人员的定期培训，参与项目实施及现场施工指导
7. 负责总部工程中心的人员、技术管理，组织工程管理体系的建立及维护，优化公司规范与作业流程。
任职资格：
1. 全日制本科及以上，自动化、电气工程、电力电子等相关专业；
2. 3年以上光伏电站建设和管理经验（有分布式光伏电站建设管理经验优先）
3. 熟悉光伏产品的技术规范、规程和标准；
4. 熟悉国家光伏有关的规范、标准、政策法律法规；
5. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、整合资源能力、抗压能力
6. 适应项目地工作出差的需要
