主要职责
- 协助制订公司内部财务、会计制度和财务工作程序
- 审核原始凭证的合法性、合理性和真实性
- 独立完成所有会计记账工作 包括总帐,固定资产,应收应付等
- 根据财会制度、税收法规和公司规章准确编制会计凭证
- 编制月/季/年度会计报表，定期报送报表
- 申请票据，购买发票，增值税发票的开具等管理
- 办理每月税务报表的申报,办理退税等工作
- 配合工商、税务、海关等部门的年检及审计工作
- 与银行、税务等部门的具体联络
- 完成上级领导临时交办的工作任务
任职条件
- 财务或会计？大学毕业生。
- 5年以上制造工作经验
- 了解国家和当地的会计、税收等法律法规
- 熟悉金蝶/拥有财务管理软件
- 金融英语知识
- SAP经验者优先。
- 良好的Excel

Duties
- Assist to set up the company's internal financial/accounting systems(rules) and financial procedures
- Check the original vouchers/Invoices(legitimacy rationality and authenticity)
- Independent finish accounting work including general ledger, fixed assets, accounts receivable and payable.
- Based on the accounting system and tax laws and regulations, Accurately compile accounting vouchers
- The preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements, regularly submit reports to governments relevant
- apply to purchase invoices, VAT invoice management
- the monthly tax report for tax Bureau, etc.
- Cooperate with the relevant Bureau or Company for the audit
- Annual control for relevant Documents by Bureau
- The detailed contact with bank and Tax Bureau
- Finish another tasks from director
Requirements
- University graduates in Finance or Accounting are welcome.
- 5 + years' working experiences in manufacture
- Understanding of national and local accounting, taxation and other laws and regulations
- Familiar with Kingdee financial management software
- Financial English knowledge
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent in Excel
