职位描述：
Specific Position Requirements to include：

Planning phase: Interact with subsystems on the development phase understand needs for materials resources. Work with
Materials SME's to ensure the proper selection of the raw materials and materials technologies for each respective Platform
Development phase: Ensure developments are on track to be delivered in the platforms. Interface and support SME's for
materials development topics under platforms/architectures developments
Execution: Implement materials solutions, interface with SME's and manufacturing teams on process development and pilot runs.
Drive knowledge reuse and global leverage, as applicable
Materials cost and quality initiatives within respective platforms

Coordinate development activities in a project
Implement materials solutions on projects/platforms
Deploy and implement the materials MVT strategies and plans, in each respective platform, aligned with Materials Engineering
Team (GSME's / SME's)
Interface with different groups with Platforms and also with Manufacturing/Processes teams, to ensure a smooth integration and
implementation of materials technologies, as planned
Lead integration and implementation of materials cost and quality initiatives within respective platforms
End to end accountability on materials deliveries within respective Platform

Materials road maps (or portfolio of solutions) to fulfill platform attribute strategy
Delivery of technology projects for the platforms on time/cost/spec
Deliver of TCP/TCQ targets for the platform
Key KPIs
Project delivery BSC (or similar)
TCP/ TCQ


Competencies/Education Requirements/Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Bachelor Degree of Engineering/ Materials, over 6 years relative materials working experience,
Fluent oral English and good written skils
Project management skills
