职位描述
诚意聘请报关专员，要求3年以上相关经验，英文流利。有报关员证者优先。
Purpose of the position
1）Complete on time the assigned custom clearance, logistic coordination for Tonnage Projects ;
2）Apply and coordinate to achieve duty exemption for imported goods of encouraged projects;
3）Fulfill the assigned procurement activities for customs affairs, logistics as well as other purchasing work from time to time;
Support the timely delivery of imported goods within project portfolio;
4）Support the area businesses with customs & logistics expertise where needed in both regulation and practical aspects;
5）Lead New company customs registrations and obtain relevant documents / licenses;
6）Support with Customs Audit where necessary;
7）Work closely with Data Systems & Processes team to ensure compliance to agreements being monitored
8）Promotes values of company
Principal Responsibilities
General Requirement for Procurement:
1) Achieve the benefits (savings and value add targets) and objectives set
2) Ensure that all savings whether made by Procurement or the business which is supplier facing are recorded
3) Understand and contribute to the development of the regional commodity strategy for the commodities and services spend that will deliver against the set and agreed Procurement objectives.
4) Network within the business to identify opportunities for procurement to deliver value and savings
5) Monitor agreed processes with the key internal customers to ensure procurements early involvement in projects which will incur external spend
Specific Requirement for the Position:
1) Be responsible and accountable for all customs affairs of imported goods for Tonnage projects.
2) Obtain the shipping plan from project procurement team and timely track up status;
3) Communicate with foreign vendors to collect the required documents for customs declaration upfront,
4) Check, verify and assign HS code to imported goods, get 3rd party broker for customs declaration;
5) Hire and manage Brokers;
6) Track and evaluate the Brokers’ performance;
7) Apply duty exemption if project is defined as an Encouraged Projects.
8) Coordinate with project team or vendors for technical information of goods;
9) Coordinate with FiCo team for customs duty, tax payment and collect the customs clearance forms;
10) Work closely with the 3rd party brokers and plant site procurement team for customs clearance, commodity inspection and / or special equipment inspection bureau etc.
Required qualifications/experience
- More than 3 consecutive years customs clearance and logistics hands on experiences,
- Experience in engineering projects for Chemical and process industry,
- Logistic background preferred
- Customs Clearance Certificate is a plus
- International trading experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
