Job Description

The regional marketing specialist’s primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, consolidate the voice of customer, and drive customer and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals in their assigned territory. The regional marketing specialist is responsible for the overall customer experience, customer satisfaction measurement and enhancement, key customer relationships and key job negotiations, commercial issues, lead process and field sales engagement for the assigned territory.
A. Support Eaton’s Go to Market Strategy for Low Voltage and Control Products in their assigned territory. Craft a marketing plan, communicate and deploy it to the field sales team.
B. Provide input to the strategic planning process for low voltage products in China based on customer experiences.
C. Deploy and provide support for product sales tools (product literature, trade shows, sales guide, configuration tools, demos, product value propositions, etc.) in their assigned territory.
D. Responsible for customer experience, customer satisfaction measurement and enhancement and resolution closure to allow the business to meet its vision of being most admired in the markets we serve. Communicate expectations with other key stakeholders (plants, country mangers, product line management, and supply chain). Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate action plans to improve.
E. Responsible for key customer relationships, key job negotiations, and commercial issues to maximize customer affinity and effectiveness of the business in their assigned territory.
F. Responsible for promotions, channel programs, association networking and lead process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales. Coordinate Eaton’s response to commercial issues and lead activities to ensure prompt response in their assigned territory.
G. Responsible for selling tool deployment, training workshops, and overall field sales engagement to maximize the effectiveness of the Eaton sales teams and channels to market in their assigned territory.
H. Support the development of the strategic and profit plan to maximize growth potential and market share.
I. Provide support into segment needs analysis, product road map development, development pipeline, business case development, and support for strategic partnerships as well as acquisition valuation to maximize the business development and growth opportunities for the business.
J. Provide support to the price strategy and positioning process as well as the overall product line profitability to achieve business profitability and growth goals.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering.
 3-5+ years related experience in marketing, sales, product marketing or similar role within industry.
 Knowledge of low voltage products (include circuit breakers (MCB, MCCB and ACB), motor starters, command and control devices, automation and drive etc), application and market.
 Fluent in written and spoken English.(CET-6)
 Takes initiative and instills confidence in peers and sales personnel.
 Work under pressure.
