职位描述
Position Summary
Responsible for all HR related business on strategic, supervising and handson level. The related areas are: staffing, training and developing, organizational competencies, performance evaluating and Compensation. Having the capability and experience or proving high potential to handle and manage cross-countries HR business.
Duties and Responsibilities
?Implement the organization’s recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match
the needs of the position and the business;
?Collect training needs required by current organization developing direction, and then use
various vendors either internal or external to fulfill the needs;
?Develop the leadership and manage the talent pipeline;
? Optimize C&B scheme of ADAS BU, and ensure the payroll generation integrity;
?Monitor organization performance & recommend solutions for improvement to superior level;
? Accountable for delivering the corporate HR Strategy and provide HR leadership and oversight;
?Participate in management of the business –translate business needs into effective/efficient HR requirements and related strategies-including such things as: HR cost footprint; labor sourcing
&retention; effective on-boarding; special/unique talent needs; etc;
?Identify required organizational capabilities to execute the business strategy;
?Provide feedback to corporate and operation leadership with HR solution effectiveness and
related recommendations;
?Administrate HR policies & processes: ensure flexibility and consistency of interpretation to
advance the business needs.

? Planning and Execution: Excellent project management and prioritization skills. Good business
acumen.
