Role Purpose:
– To collect and analyse information and data related to the major property sectors in East China (including, the office, retail, residential and industrial sectors);
– To compose the regular market reports (including the East China Property Times) as well as to write up local market topical papers as and when required;
– To compose and provide market presentations to clients (including updating the Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou overall market presentation deck on a quarterly basis);
– To provide East China market related information and data (both raw and analysed) internally, to EC Research, to GC Research and to other business lines within the firm as and when required;
– To provide thematic content, analytics in Greater China Research thematic papers and originate thematic essays focused on the local East China market as is required or relevant.
