responsibilities：
- Understand and analyze clients’ needs ;
- Support in JD design;
- Search candidates and screen CVs;
- Perform face-to-face interviews;
- Assist and support clients;
- Deliver reports to clients;
- Discuss compensation in contract signature;
- Be able to provide consulting services about career and retention plan.

requirements：
- Over 5 years of headhunting or related HR working experience in the following fields:
？ Automation and Industry 4.0;
？ IT, IOT and Software Development;
？ Automotive;
？ Chemical and Pharmaceutical;
？ Renewable Energy Sources
- Be familiar with the labor market;
- Strong sense of responsibility and judgment, high efficiency, excellent communication skill and strategic thinking;
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing;
- Team player;
- Work enthusiasm and willing to devote to headhunting;
- Wide interpersonal network;
