Job Purpose/ principal responsibilities

？ Order/Project following up (order/project is allocated by the manager)
？ Produce and confirm Purchase Order
？ Production notice and following up
？ Logistics arrangements and container loading design
？ Trading proceeding (all trading procedures handling)
？ AR control
？ Monthly statistic
？ Produce off shore documentation and statistic
？ Arrange and accompany customer’s factory visit and inspection
？ product quality self-inspection
？ Customer maintenance
？ Increasing customer satisfaction
？ Back up for Sales Rep.
？ Other tasks request by manager


Job Description/ specific duties
？ Collect the order info from customer, produce order confirmation and PO.
？ Calculate and confirm the quantity, type, package, container loading and shipping cost for each PO.
？ Notice production according to the delivery plan and follow up the production procedure.
？ Container loading design and check.
？ Shipment booking and produce container loading list for production
？ Produce all the custom clearance documentation (invoice, packing list, custom clearance form and all other related paper work)
？ Follow up all the trading procedure
？ On time payment collection and AR control according to contract terms.
？ Make statistic of monthly delivery volume, sales revenue, price and logistic costs etc.
？ Statistic back up to finance and controlling
？ Statistic back up for off shore business
？ Produce off shore business related documentation (invoice, packing list and PO etc.)
？ Arrange and accompany customer’s factory visit and inspection
？ product quality self-inspection
？ Customer maintenance
？ Increasing customer satisfaction
？ Back up for Sales Rep.

Academic Qualifications:
？ College and above degree
？ Trading skills and export experiences

Related Working Experiences (Years):
？ 3 years trading experiences
？ Excellent skills of doing trading documentations and communications

Particular Skills:

？ MS Office
？ Good English on both writing and verbally.
？ Good at on recognize numbers and statistic
